the DUCATI factory and museum VISIT!!!!!!!!!

On the fence as we look back at this panoramic view of the parking lot and long factory/museum otherwise known to the salivators as scooter heaven - the Bologne Ducati Factory. What this pic only remotely shows, is that there are several hundred employee Ducati bikes resting warily in the lot for the expected arrival of their pilotas. Not a rice burner amongst the faithful mind you. A fitting end on a superb visit to a superb company, with a superb crew (Jimi, Benny, Joni), in a superb country that could only be the ones to produce such scoots indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The road less traveled (much less at low speeds) does not exist in Italy. Note the white striped line in the middle of the Autostrada coming back from Bologne. Finally figured out that it really meant, "drive as you need to"! Gottah love those Italians. Fantastico. Click on the thumbnail image to do the dance.

Got questions...?...Got milk...?...send eMail to Jim Goodlett if you got either!!
