the DUCATI factory and museum VISIT!!!!!!!!!

Right then, the pic shows the only proper way to view a Duc (since all you will ever be doing is chasing the arse end of one!)!! Not quite sure whose sled this was, but it most surely shined as another spectacular example of a 955 racebike (916 ported to the requisite 955cc size). From the look of things, this bike seemed to have a magnesium swingarm, was bespeckled with those fab white Ducati Racing clocks (can't find 'em !@#@! anywhere), and some well crafted vent gills on the top sides of the carbon body armor near the down tubes of the frame (holes were covered with wire mesh to protect yer legs from gods know what part being spit out at an overreved 15,000 rpm blowup). Horrid the whole thing was!!!!!! I doubt that I shall ever recover. **Note the pic of Raymond Roche in the top right of the pic, on his main rocket ride (888) during his ascension into championship racing heaven.

The road less traveled (much less at low speeds) does not exist in Italy. Note the white striped line in the middle of the Autostrada coming back from Bologne. Finally figured out that it really meant, "drive as you need to"! Gottah love those Italians. Fantastico. Click on the thumbnail image to do the dance.

Got questions...?...Got milk...?...send eMail to Jim Goodlett if you got either!!
