another
one of our "tour" stops (yer honor)...this
is a Frank Lloyd Wright designed plantation called
Auldbrass (now owned by Joel Silver - movie producer
extraordinaire and renovator super-extraordinaire)
that Lee has whisked us by many a time...this time
we took a few minutes to gawk out over the fence
line, which as Lee has relayed to us, is designed
to look like Indians running through the woods (look
to the left side of the first image)...the restoration
of this property is second to none, and one can
see it right (Wright?!) down to the screws in the
fence being turned all horizontal...the rollover
image shows you the brass signage out front with
it's wondrous font designed to the era...truly an
island in the oasis...
we'll reserve some space here to have Lee tell
us a bit more about it all quite soon...!...
