The
view from the grandstands was, well, quite grand...we
sat near turn one's entry point (an entry point
that saw close to 200mph speeds on the banking before),
and just ahead of pit row which gave us a splendid
view of the those having to bounce in for a quick
change (15 seconds or less)...in view in the non
rolled over image is moi, Jimi, Lee, and a Canadian
couple that Lee befriended, who came down for the
festivities and ended up having that much more of
a time because of Lee's hospitality...in the other
view, we picked up George who is a sports marketing
agent representing teams in the motorcycle and motorcar
racing worlds (including having some dealings with
the Ducati team (maddening jealousy implied here!!!))...
