after simmering the campfire, we saw a pair of geese paddling away...nearly every 30ft it appeared to be vacated nests that hopefully were not abandoned...the potential isle brush fire could have made this whole thing that much more worse...hopefully the geese will be back and the nested eggs will be moving towards hatching...
