after the quickened paddle across to the Isle of MEGAhh EGGahh, we came upon traces of humanoids...apparently neanderthal humanoids as the muttin heads had:

A.) started a campfire that was within 2 feet of some rather brittle pine straw.

B.) left a still simmering heated embered campfire that were in need of a dosing of aqua from a left over beer bottle (domestic beer at that).

C.) did all the aforementioned within 20 feet of what now turns out to be geese nests with eggs galore.
