This
ride was surely one of great challenges...what with
monumental trees dashed across the path, deepened
water crossings to come, it made for quite a large
ride time...
before this starting view of the ride to be shown,
we spent good bit of time piling wood in front of
each of the downed timber which speckled the roadway...normally
we would just head to our right, down the bayou and
across to the other side, then back again and around
the trees...that said, the water was of volume enough
to know that it was not passable and therefore we
needed to have a go at dashing across...emphasis on
dashing mind you...
in view in the non-rolled over image, one REVerend
Jimenez makes way across the first log with fair ease...
in the second rolled over image, Steve managed to
capture an image of me barely hanging tight the scoot
which if lies be known, might have spit me off to
the side and on me arse...fortunately the camera needed
batteries so the most incremenating pic could not
be acquired...bliss after all...
