recently fetched from the dust collecting showroom
floor in some Colorado motocycle shop, this Derbi
Super Motard Extreme was begging to be taken and flogged....and
that it shall...
Local race engine builder extraordinare, Ted Kouhlaris
from Sport Cycle fame, has rebuilt the motor with
a METRAkit pro race kit (piston, crank, cyclinder
head, carb, and ignition system)...as well, the recent
addition of a titanium Arrows upswept exhaust system
gives it more so of the snort required to play with
speed in need indeed...
in all, basically this beast was built to go play
in the SEMRA F2 class of racing...not to mention provide
a vehicle for learning how to correctly slide er through
corners, arse end first, on the pave'...ole'... |
