Dan's word say it best for this fab scoot:

"I always wanted one of these and, now that I have one, I am trying to sell it in order to simplify my life. Funny how things go. It really is a gorgeous bike and surprisingly small. As the only fully-faired bike in my collection, I bought it for long trips and it is super stable on the highway, even above 100mph. Well, that's what I have heard. I took two Mikuni carbs off and tweaked the original Weber so that it performs quite well and, in my opinion, more in line with the sort of bike this is. Yes, it can scratch the backroads fairly well but does take a bit of extra effort to deal with small, wide 16-inch wheels. Staintune mufflers sound beautiful, as do a set of modified Paso Limited exhausts. I modified the headlamp and ignition coil circuits to run from relays, so they now have full power and work much better. Most of the bike is stock or improved-upon stock; as it is, the Paso is a very competent all-around bike and a terrific two-up sport tourer. And gorgeous." !
